Our meat truffles are individually prepared and weigh approximately 250g each. Packs of 2.

Cooking Suggestions 

• Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 30-40 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked through.  
• For the best results, turn occasionally during cooking to ensure an even golden finish and deliciously crisp bacon where applicable.  
• Allow to rest for a few minutes before serving to let the juices settle and the fillings reach the perfect consistency.
