Shipping Policy

We take great care to ensure your products arrive safely, chilled and in excellent condition.

Delivery Service

We use DPD or UPS for our deliveries and operate a next-day delivery service throughout the UK.

All orders are carefully packed using specialist ice packs and insulation, which are designed to keep your products chilled for up to 48 hours during transit.

Delivery Charges

  • Orders over £100: Free delivery

  • Orders under £100: £9.99 delivery fee

Order Cut-Off Times

To receive your order the following working day, please place your order before the relevant cut-off time:

  • Monday–Thursday: Order before 10:00am for next-day delivery.

  • Friday: Order before 10:00am for Monday delivery.

  • Orders placed after the relevant cut-off time will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, severe weather or other unforeseen disruptions.

Receiving Your Delivery

Our packaging has been specifically designed to maintain the temperature of your products for up to 48 hours during transit.

Upon receiving your delivery, all goods must be refrigerated immediately. We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives and placing the products into the refrigerator without delay.

If There Is an Issue With Your Delivery?

We take great care with every order, but if your goods are not in the condition you would reasonably expect them to be on arrival, please take clear photographs of the products and packaging and contact us directly as soon as possible.

We will review the issue with you and discuss the appropriate refund or replacement options.

When contacting us about an issue with your delivery, please include your order number and photographs where possible. This helps us investigate the matter quickly and resolve it for you.
