• Black Garlic & Nacho Cheese Beef Melt – Minced beef coated in black garlic sauce with a creamy and indulgent nacho cheese Melt centre.
• BBQ Chicken Melt – Minced chicken with a delicious BBQ coating and a cheddar cheese centre.

Cooking Suggestions

• Pan-fry over medium heat, turning regularly until beautifully browned on the outside and thoroughly cooked through.
• Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) until piping hot throughout and fully cooked.
• For BBQ cooking, cook over a moderate heat and turn regularly for an even, beautifully browned finish.
• Allow the Melts to rest for a few minutes after cooking to help retain their natural juices and delicious filling.
