Well known and loved, Herb Fed Poultry are raised by Emma and Edward Wilkinson on beautiful Yorkshire pastures. Their free-range living means they can peck away at the delicious grass, insects, herbs and cereals all day long and nestle down in their beds of straw in our small-flock huts by night.

With its rich taste and succulent texture, this chicken makes a versatile centrepiece that you can season simply or dress up with your favourite herbs and spices.
